Creating custom paintings for you or a loved one is such an exciting part of what I do as an artist. It brings me such joy to capture emotion, a special moment or a memory for you. My genuine hope is that your painting will become a treasured piece in your home and a passed-down treasure in your family.

The deets –

Currently, you can reserve your commission spot for 2025. Select the month that you would like the painting to be finished. I do my best to complete your piece in the month you have chosen to reserve your spot. This deposit is the same for all paintings regardless of size and goes toward your remaining balance.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once you purchase and this confirms you have reserved your commission spot! I will email you the month before I am to start your painting to discuss the painting subject, color choices and any inspiration photos you have (if any). If you want to send it ahead of time, you’re welcome to do so to hello@jenngietzen.com.

Can I send you a picture to work from?

Absolutely! I prefer it. Especially for a faceless painting, a photo is key. For a faceless painting, a picture that has movement typically works best since facial features are not included.

If you’re wanting an abstract piece, pictures are helpful to know the colors you’re interested in including.

Do you ship?

Yes! I offer shipping anywhere in the US. Shipping costs are dependent on the painting’s size and will be discussed and finalized with you once the size of your painting is confirmed.

Next Steps?

To reserve a commission spot, you will purchase the non-refundable deposit of $100. When your painting is complete, I will send you photos for approval. Once approved, the remaining balance will need to be paid before your piece is shipped.
