Shipping + Handling
Your order will be packed and shipped within one week of placing. You will be notified via email with a shipping notice. Orders are shipped via USPS.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Each package is carefully hand packaged. Once the package leaves our office, we are unable to control how it is handled by USPS. If you have received product that is damaged or lost in the mail, please notify us as soon as you can. We'll work with you to get you another!
We double check each order before it leaves our shop. However, if you receive something that is less than perfect from our end (the wrong print, flaw in the paper, etc.) we'll happily send you a brand spanking new one at no cost. (We'd also appreciate any photos and details to help us with quality control)
We want you to love your purchase as much as we do! (we're kind of biased. ;) If for some reason you're unhappy, please contact us to let us know. We'd be happy to issue an exchange for a different product. All exchange shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs. We only accept products that are undamaged and unopened. Once we receive the exchanged item, we will email you regarding how to order your requested product exchange.
Privacy & Security
We have huge respect for your privacy (hello! we online shop too! :) and would never sell your information to outside companies or third parties. You provide all your information when purchasing our products which we use to strictly process and ship your order. Your personal information is safe and confidential.
THE NITTY GRITTY
Price quotes for custom work are available and active for 30 days. Write On! Design reserves the right to adjust price quotes at any time (even before final approval).
Custom order processing times vary based on each project. However, most orders are shipped within 2 weeks after receiving final payment.
All payments for final designs are deemed as approval of project and are final.
We love to see your inspiration for a project, even if it's something we've done in the past! However, we will not copy anything we've previously done or any inspiration you send. We can definitely create something together that might have a similar style or look and feel, but the final product, we will not replicate.
All custom projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once deposit is received, the design process will start.
Custom physical orders from the shop will ship within 2 weeks of receiving final payment for your order. If you need something rushed, please email us and we can chat about rush fees.
